Description

Propane Purchase & Delivery for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, SD.
This is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.
Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Propane Purchase & Delivery for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued.

Work Details
The purpose of the contract is for Propane Purchase & Delivery for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The contractor shall provide supplies and/or services according to the attached Statement of Work. The quoted pricing must be all inclusive (to include but not be limited to travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes) plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order. The specific product to be delivered is propane with delivery as per the attached Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months, beginning October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023.
