Background
The Peace Corps is looking to enter into a contractual agreement with a vendor who will provide various promotional items for the Agency, specifically for the Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection (VRS). These promotional items are vital in conducting the Agency’s mission and are used to raise awareness and promote Peace Corps activities. The Peace Corps requires the Vendor to provide high quality customized promotional items, i.e. water bottles, tote bags, pens, etc. with the Peace Corps logo and ship it to Peace Corps Fulfillment Center.

Work Details
The Peace Corps seeks to acquire recruiting promotional items, herein referred to as promo items. The Peace Corps is purchasing various items intended to be used for promoting the Peace Corps brand to attract potential volunteers of age 18 and above. They must be of high quality and display colored logos on all items in the colors: Pantone Red 200, Blue 281, and white. The contractor shall provide item/size specifications for the graphic area that needs to accommodate the Peace Corps logo.
The contractor will provide proofs (logo placed on the item of the same quality) for approval prior to mass production.
The contractor shall provide the best current market quality of specified products with high quality logo printing with sun exposure protection.
Contractor should understand and work with the GPO Product Quality Standards as outlined for Level I and Level II.

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be received to all locations within 30 days of placing an order unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be the Contractor site. Potential delivery addresses include: Peace Corps, MELWOOD, 5620 Dower House Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772; Addresses TBD – will always require confirmation from the Peace Corps ordering official.
