Drawings/TDP access and technical data handling are subject to export-control requirements; eligibility requires an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification and approval by the DLA controlling authority to access export-controlled technical data.
Inspection/acceptance at origin is required (DCMA QAR at the actual manufacturer’s facility).
Packaging and marking must follow MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129 plus SPI AM12540416 and DLA packaging requirements (RP001).
QPL/QML compliance applies to components used in this NSN; qualification of applicable QPL/QML sources is performed prior to acceptance of each shipment.
