Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System (PDMSS) Sustainment   2

Background
The agency issuing this contract is the Business Enterprise Systems (BES) under the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The goal of this contract is to provide sustainment for the Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System (PDMSS), which serves as the Department of the Air Force's standard legacy Depot Maintenance workload project management information system. This follow-on contract is necessary to replace the current contract that expires on July 31, 2025.

Work Details
The objective of this contract includes providing various services such as:

1. Software Requirements, which involve functional change requirements;
2. End-user support services that assist with DepotMx operations, analysis, reporting, end-user help, and training;
3. Sustainment activities that encompass cybersecurity vulnerability reductions and mitigation, as well as approved or mandated technical changes to the PDMSS application and commercial software products.

Additional services include Sustainment Labor for PDMSS application, Development Server Environment and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support, Jaguar Annual Maintenance, and Local Analyst Support.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the award date until the expiration of the current contract on July 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
