Program Support for Finance and Other Accounting, Budget, and Information System

This is a new contract/acquisition for Program Support for Finance and Other Accounting, Budget, and Information System Analysis. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for program support for multiple task areas within its finance, accounting, budget, program integrity, performance, data and financial systems activities. Anticipated tasks include, but are not limited to developing and refining the tools and information needed to support finance and accounting operations; identify and analyze emerging financial management issues that may affect transportation programs and policies; provide strategic planning and program execution support; design and perform transaction testing to evaluate compliance with Federal requirements for OMB Circular A-123; and assist with documenting financial processes and payment program risk assessments.
