Program Management/Service Revealed Deficiency (PM/SRD) Component Improvement Program (CIP) R&D Engineering Services

Background
This contract is issued by the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) for the purpose of providing program management and engineering services to support active aircraft, specifically addressing Service Revealed Deficiencies (SRDs) for the F-15, F-16, B-1B, and B-2 aircraft.

The goal is to resolve safety issues and supply challenges that may lead to grounded aircraft, thereby ensuring mission readiness and reliability.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Program Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project to ensure timely delivery of services.
2. Addressing Service Revealed Deficiencies (SRDs): Provide rapid response engineering services to identify and rectify deficiencies that could compromise aircraft safety or operational capability.
3. Travel: Conduct necessary travel for on-site assessments or coordination with relevant stakeholders.
4. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report data related to SRDs and program performance.
5. Additional Data Services: Provide further data analysis as required to support decision-making processes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over an 18-month period.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have experience in providing engineering services related to military aircraft systems. They should also possess any necessary security clearances required for access to sensitive information related to military operations.
