Program Management and Analytical Support Services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Deputy Commandant for Mission Support Integration Office (DCMS-5)   2

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Program Management and Analytical Support Services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Deputy Commandant for Mission Support Integration Office (DCMS-5). The USCG intends to establish one (1) single award Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 12-months base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This acquisition is solicited and will be competed pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules and supplemental GSA guidelines. FAR Parts 13, 14, and 15 are not applicable to this RFQ. Prospective Offerors shall submit quotations utilizing their company's GSA PSS contract for SIN 541611. All quotations shall be in accordance with the Offeror's GSA schedule and Attachment 2 - Terms and Conditions. Additional information and instructions can be found in the RFQ Letter attached.

All Offeror questions and clarifications pursuant to this solicitation must be received by the Contracting Officer, Mark C. Hohmann (Mark.Hohmann@uscg.mil), and Contract Specialist Vilayvanh Thamvongsa (Vilayvanh.Thamvongsa@uscg.mil), no later than 4:00PM ET 21 JUNE 2022. Offerors shall submit Phase 1, Factors 1 and 2 responses no later than 12:00 PM ET 01 JULY 2022 via email.
