Program Budget Enterprise System (PBES)

Background
The Government is seeking to understand vendor capabilities pertaining to the configuration of the financial planning COTS products: Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID), as well as AWS Cloud Migration to meet the needs of the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting process for the Air Force in support of the PBES PMO.

Work Details
The scope of work includes understanding vendor capabilities related to configuring Oracle Hyperion for the Air Force's Planning, Programming, and Budgeting processes, as well as experience in migrating/administering software systems in a Cloud Environment. The vendor is required to provide information about their experience implementing Oracle Hyperion and Cloud Migration efforts in either the Department of Defense or in the commercial sector. Additionally, they should address their ability to provide a comprehensive program management and systems engineering approach in key processes areas such as interfaces with legacy systems, systems architecture, requirements analysis, schedule management, developmental testing and evaluation (DT&E), information assurance and cybersecurity, data quality management, training, and change management.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed on a classified SIPR network for the Air Force.
