Professional services in support of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Expeditionary Program Office (EXPO).

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic is seeking qualified sources to provide professional services in support of the NAVFAC Expeditionary Program Office (EXPO). The mission of NAVFAC is to support expeditionary operations and manage the Navy’s Table of Allowance process, ensuring that the warfighter has the necessary material solutions for mission success.

This contract aims to provide program management, engineering, logistics, training support, requirements analysis, data management and analysis, and financial management support to both the Expeditionary Directorate (Ex Dir) and EXPO.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Providing program management support including technical and programmatic recommendations based on acquisition policies.
2. Offering engineering and logistics recommendations related to design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance of vessels and expeditionary equipment.
3. Conducting requirements analysis to ensure all material solutions are traceable to specific capability requirements.
4. Managing data to maintain accurate documentation in the official repository for OPNAV approved Tables of Allowance (TOAs).
5. Supporting budget and schedule management in relation to SYSCOM activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a period that includes base and option years as specified in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations as determined by task orders issued under this contract.
