Professional Project, Operational & Management Support (PPOMSS)

The General Services Administration (GSA) and Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP) are seeking professional project, operational, and management support services through the Professional Project, Operational & Management Support (PPOMSS) contract. The purpose of this requirement is to provide PMO, technical, subject matter expertise (SME), and project-specific support to independent GSA Offices/Programs. The scope of work includes project management support, operations management support, and technical and SME support. Tasks under the contract include program support, program administration support, stakeholder engagement facilitation, communications and outreach support, strategic planning, logistical support coordination for meetings and workshops, development of business standards for various areas such as real property FIBF process and Travel and Mail FIBF process. Additionally, the contract involves providing IT modernization guidance, IT governance and data transparency support, identity assurance and trusted access support, emerging technology policy recommendations, and open government SME support. The base period of performance is from March 15, 2024 through September 14, 2024 with option periods extending through September 14, 2028. The contract will be performed at various locations associated with the participating OGP Component Offices: Asset and Transportation Management (MA), Technology Policy (ME), Acquisition Policy (MV), Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement (MY).
