This requirement is for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, books, software, tuition, all fees, graduation materials (i.e. cap and gown, etc) and non-personal services to the OBH in the WR-ALC. The necessary training courses, certificate courses, and degree programs (Professional Master's in Manufacturing Leadership ) are in support of Robins Air Force Base, GA.

The contract is issued by the Workforce Development and Training Branch (OBH) at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC), supporting Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive training services, including degree programs and certifications, to enhance workforce capabilities in manufacturing leadership and safety.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, books, software, tuition, all fees, graduation materials (e.g., cap and gown), and non-personal services necessary for training courses and certificate programs. The specific services include:

1. Professional Master’s of Manufacturing Leadership program;
2. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Certifications.

Additionally, the Contractor must submit a class roster via email within five days of the program or course start date. Payment methods will include certified Purchase Requests (PRs) and Government Purchase Cards (GPC). The contract allows for 'over and above' classes or certifications that may be required during performance; these will be negotiated separately.
