Background
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing a Bridge Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Global Systems Technologies, Inc. (GST) for Professional Engineering & Logistics Support Services (PELSS). This BPA is intended to fulfill TSA's mission requirements in system design, engineering, and integration, as well as integrated logistics support and acquisition management.

The original PELSS BPA was awarded on May 19, 2021, under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule for Professional Services - Technical and Engineering Services (non-IT). Due to federal government shutdowns in FY2026, TSA was unable to utilize the remaining time on the base BPA before its expiration on May 18, 2026, necessitating this bridge agreement.
