Professional Commissioning Services for OBO DOS Diplomatic Facilities Worldwide   2

Background
The solicitation is for AE Commissioning Services to provide commissioning services to OBO/DOS Diplomatic facilities worldwide. The work will require a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), ASHRAE BCxP, or Commissioning Authority (CxA) to oversee all commissioning procedures and work. Task orders will consist of a multi-discipline group of licensed Architects and Professional Engineers who will work on assigned projects and travel to site for commissioning activities and testing. The work shall follow the best practices and procedures per ASHRAE Guideline O, including ASHRAE/IES Standard 202 and NIBS Total Building Commissioning Process (TPCxP), ASTM E281.

Work Details
The solicitation intends on awarding six (6) IDIQ contracts for this requirement, with a maximum of $5.0 million per year, totaling $25 million over 5 years. Separate task orders will be issued under these contracts as necessary during the execution of the contract to authorize the services. Successful offerors must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret or Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL), with Secret safeguarding authorization, issued by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5220.22-M. Personnel requiring access to classified information or Controlled Access Areas (CAAs) at DoS sites must possess Secret or Top Secret personnel security clearances issued by DSS.
