Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain Professional, Administrative, and Consulting Services (PACS) for the FDA to support the execution of its mission to protect public health and its employees.

The purpose of this IDIQ is to provide FDA with access to project/program management, administrative and executive assistance, subject matter expertise/consulting, budget/financial analysis, and communications in support of the FDA mission.

This solicitation is set aside for 8(a) Small Businesses in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act [15 U.S.C. 637(a)], FAR Subpart 19.804, and a Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
