The Supplies and services for this effort consist of the hardware and software necessary to convert 500, 1000, 2,000 and 5,000 pound warheads into precision guided weapons capable of autonomous and adverse weather delivery capability. JDAM guidance kits are strap-on guidance components containing Global Position System (GPS) receivers, which are compliant with Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) security protocol and have enhanced capability to operate in a GPS jamming environments as well as the capability to move to Military Code (M-Code). The technical services necessary to successfully manage production are as follows: the engineering, management, and logistic support required to ensure the continued Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) of the weapon System.

It is anticipated that the forthcoming award will be sole-sourced to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 76301..

All attachments to this solicitation may be requested through the Contracting Officer listed in this notice on an as needed basis.

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force with the goal of providing hardware and software necessary to convert various pound warheads into precision guided weapons capable of autonomous and adverse weather delivery.

The Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) guidance kits, which are strap-on components containing GPS receivers compliant with SAASM security protocols, will be produced under this contract. The anticipated award will be sole-sourced to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 76301.

Work Details
The contract includes the production of Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) Guidance Kits, Laser Sensor Kits, and associated technical services and logistics support. Specific items include:
- Production Lots 28+ of JDAM Guidance Kits
- MK-82 SABR-Yv3 (NSN: 1325-01-687-0580)
- MK-83 SABR-Yv3 (NSN: 1325-01-687-0583)

The contractor shall provide labor and materials for production/technical support to the JDAM System Program Office as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Tasks include:
1. Technical Management/Support & USG Directed Support
2. JDAM System Field Support
3. Non-Warranty Support (Induction)
4. JDAM Non-Warranty Repair
5. Asset Tracking Interface and OIS Interface
6. Incremental Spares
7. Studies and Analysis.
