Description

Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) procurement of Japan AEGIS system equipped vessel components and Ballistics Missile Defense (BMD) in support of secondary supplier development. This procurement was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with Class Justification and Approval number 53,360 pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements.
