Procurement of the Rebuild/Retrofit of a Campbell Grinder core IAW Purchase Description PD VIBB 14-18-1014   4

The DLA-Aviation intends to award a sole source contract to Campbell Grinder Company for the retrofit/rebuild of a Campbell Grinder to its original condition with tooling, installation and data requirements necessary to bring the core into its original condition and service. The foundation will be updated by the contractor responsible for a turn-key installation. The retrofit/rebuild will be performed at the government's facility.

The Grinder will be restored by the OEM, Campbell Grinder who is the manufacturer. The refurbishment includes upgrades to its proprietary software which is owned by Campbell Grinder Company.

Interested parties with the background and knowledge to assist Campbell Grinder in providing turn-key installation, including training and foundations, may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than the stated closing date/time.

Responses should not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10 inch pages with a font that is no smaller than point as this is not a request for proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor's capability to perform the requirement.

Means of Delivery: U.S. Mail or emails are both acceptable. Large files (>15MB) may not be receivable thru email and should be mailed. DLA Aviation utilizes Microsoft Office 2010/2016.
