PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LAMBDA BLADE GPU SERVER WITH NECESSARY SOFTWARE SUITE INSTALLED ONTO HARDWARE   2

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Lambda Labs Inc., San Francisco, California on a sole source basis for a quantity of one (1) each Operating System Ubuntu 20.04+ Lambda Stack; Software: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Keras, CUDA, cuDNN; Processor: 2x AMD EPYC 7302: 16 cores, 3.0GHz, 128 MB cache, PCIe 4.0; GPUs: 4x RTX A5000 | 24 GB; Memory: 512 GB; Operating system drive: 1.92 TB SSD (NVMe); and Extra Storage: 3.84 TB SSD (SATA) in support of the SCRM Lab CIP.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
