Procurement of ebee vision sUAS

Background
The requiring activity has an urgent need for the ebee Vision UAS to support its mission. The specific specifications of this model are essential for operational success. The procurement is being conducted by the 409th Contracting Support Brigade in support of the 2d Cavalry Regiment. Extensive market research identified DRONIVO GmbH as the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency's requirements due to their exclusive rights to distribute the ebee Vision systems in Germany.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of the ebee Vision sUAS with the following specifications:

- Endurance: ≥90 minutes
- Range: 15–40 km
- Payloads: EO/IR/Thermal, optional EW collect
- Frequencies: Documented and encrypted.

The system must be portable by ≤3 Soldiers and cost ≤$50,000. Compliance with DIU Blue List is required. Key features include filling the ISR gap between short-range FPV and Brigade ISR assets, sustaining ≥90 minutes of endurance and ≥15 km range, operating on non-PRC encrypted frequencies (900 MHz, 2.4 GHz), and carrying EO, IR, thermal, and optional EW payloads.
