Procurement of CT7-8A6 Engine Component Spares for Presidential Helicopter Program   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a FAR Part 12 Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0006 to General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE), 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01905 for the procurement of various CT7-8A6 engine components in support of PMA-274 Presidential Helicopters Program. This order was issued pursuant to FAR Part 12, and made in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(l) and FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
