Procurement of Combat Rubber Raiding Craft (CRRC) and Ancillary Equipment

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking to procure six (6) Combat Rubber Raiding Craft (CRRC) boats, six (6) multi-fuel outboard motors, and all ancillary equipment as specified in the Statement of Work.

This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational needs of the Coast Guard.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items with specific quantities and descriptions:
- 6 units of 65 HP Raider Outboard Motor, 2-Stroke, 3-Cylinder, Multi-Fuel, Submersible
- 6 units of Raider Model 50 Motor Support Kit
- 6 units of Raider Model 50 Ready Service/Spare Parts Kit
- 6 units of Zodiac MK5/FC580 HD Floor/Stringer Kit
- 6 units of Zodiac FC580 Rigid Floor Black, Long-Shaft, FC Hull with I/C Valves and Removable Speed Tubes
- 6 units of Zodiac Fuel Bladder Marine, 9 USG
- 6 units of Zodiac Dripless Fuel Line, 15’ – Raider OBM.

The delivery locations include Regional Dive Locker East in Portsmouth, VA; Regional Dive Locker West in National City, CA; and Regional Dive Locker Pacific in Honolulu, HI.

The delivery schedule specifies that outboard motors and motor kits must be delivered within 90 days after contract award, while CRRC boats and associated accessories must be delivered within 270 days after contract award.

Period of Performance
Delivery shall be completed no more than 90 Days After Contract Award for outboard motors & motor kits and no more than 270 Days After Contract Award for CRRC boats and associated accessories.

Place of Performance
Regional Dive Locker East, Portsmouth, VA; Regional Dive Locker West, National City, CA; Regional Dive Locker Pacific, Honolulu, HI.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at the time of quote submission. The opportunity is set aside for Small Business - Total (SBA). Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
