The MARFORRES RCO requires non-personal support services from a Procurement Analyst and an

Department of Defense (DoD) procurement laws, regulations, and policies.

Background
The Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is seeking non-personal support services for a Procurement Analyst and an E-Business Specialist. The goal of this contract is to provide personnel with extensive knowledge of federal and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement laws, regulations, and policies to enhance the efficiency and compliance of procurement processes.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following key tasks:

1. Researching and analyzing acquisition procedures for compliance with applicable policies.

2. Developing and recommending changes to contracting policies and procedures.

3. Providing technical advice and administrative support to staff.

4. Assisting with data management, reporting, user support, and troubleshooting for DoD e-Business systems, including the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and the Electronic Procurement System (ePS).

Period of Performance
One 12-month base year with two additional 12-month option years, estimated to start on September 29, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Marine Corps Support Facility, 2000 Opelousas Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70114.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and possess certifications as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Additionally, bidders should demonstrate relevant past performance and technical acceptability.
