Background
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is initiating the PROactive Solutions for Prolonging Resilience (PROSPR) program, which aims to enhance the healthspan of Americans by providing an additional 20 years of good health as they age. This program seeks to develop new therapies and create data that enable short-duration clinical trials capable of predicting long-term health outcomes.

The PROSPR program is structured into multiple Technical Areas (TAs), each with specific objectives and deliverables aimed at transforming geriatric medicine into a personalized, comprehensive, preventive care model.

Work Details
The PROSPR program encompasses several Technical Areas (TAs) with detailed tasks:

1. **Technical Area 1 (TA1): PROSPR Intrinsic Capacity Score** - Aimed at developing a composite score that predicts 20-year health outcomes through the following phases:
- Phase I: Develop initial IC score and assessment technology, prepare for clinical observational study.
- Phase II: Refine IC score using observational study data.
- Phase III: Conduct lifestyle intervention study to test IC score's intervenability.
- Phase IV: Further refine IC score and technology based on intervention study data.
- Phase V: Focus on deployment and commercialization of the technology.

2. **Deliverables** include harmonizing existing datasets to identify key physiological and biochemical changes, building in-home assessment technology for continuous monitoring, establishing decentralized lifestyle intervention studies, engaging with the FDA for surrogate endpoint designation, and commercializing the assessment technology at an affordable price.

3. **Collaboration** among performers across TAs is essential for data sharing and integration throughout the program phases.
