Prison Rape Elimination ACT (PREA) Professional Auditing Services

This opportunity is for the provision of auditing services to support the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The purpose of this contract is to obtain professional auditing services to ensure compliance with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Final Rule on standards to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and assault in confinement facilities. The contractor will provide support in the form of services required by ICE and CBP, including conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing corrective action plans. The contract will also cover travel expenses related to conducting audits and attending mandatory training. Invoices must be submitted monthly with supporting documentation, and payment will be made in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The contract includes options to extend the term of the contract and to extend services as needed. The total duration of the contract, including options, shall not exceed 48 months. Contractor employees working on this contract may be required to undergo background investigations and fingerprinting as necessary for security purposes.
