Under this TO, the Government will obtain professional auditing services, which are essential to the U.S. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Final Rule, 6 CFR Part 115, ICEB20120003; RIN 1653AA65, Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Assault in Confinement Facilities. This opportunity is for the provision of auditing services to support the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The purpose of this contract is to obtain professional auditing services to ensure compliance with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Final Rule on standards to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and assault in confinement facilities. The contractor will provide support in the form of services required by ICE and CBP, including conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing corrective action plans. The contract will also cover travel expenses related to conducting audits and attending mandatory training. Invoices must be submitted monthly with supporting documentation, and payment will be made in accordance with the terms of the contract.
