Priority Services Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (PS-SETA)   4

Background
This is a draft solicitation for Priority Services Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (PS-SETA) issued in accordance with 5.203. The final solicitation will be released after this synopsis has been published for 15 days. The contract aims to provide support for priority services and the broader emergency communications mission, including cybersecurity of the NGN-PS.

Work Details
The tasks include conducting research, developing marketing and communication strategies, providing hard-hitting marketing support and public relations materials, identifying and segmenting target audiences, developing surveys and moderator guides. It also involves providing technical and non-technical professional expertise for Information Technology (IT) systems supporting the TSP Program, managing new restoration and provisioning requests, revalidations, confirmations, reconciliations for over 2,200 organizations from eight industries and Federal, state, local, tribal governments, and the military. Additionally, it involves providing support for assembling meeting checklists, read-ahead packages, meeting agendas, meeting slides, tent cards, name badges, day-of-meeting logistics, recording minutes and a meeting summary for each meeting.

Period of Performance
The contract shall have a performance period of a nine months Base Period plus Four (4) Option Periods of one year. The Base Period is from 09/16/2021 to 06/15/2022.

Place of Performance
Work performed under this contract will primarily be performed at Contractor facilities with frequent local travel between the Contractor’s office facilities and DHS facilities in the Washington DC metropolitan area expected.
