The Contractor shall provide Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), Antenna Boards and PCB Solder Paste Stencils (Stencils) in the characteristics specified in each order, for use at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). All delivered products shall be in accordance with the applicable industry quality standards set in forth by the documents referenced in Section 2.0 of the Statement of Work.

Background
AISD designs, develops, and produces airborne telemetry and instrumentation systems for missile and aircraft platforms. They maintain strict compliance with the requirements of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2B, Naval Aviation Maintenance Program, and DCMA INST 8210.1C. AISD has achieved certification to ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), Antenna Boards, and PCB Solder Paste Stencils in various characteristics specified in each order for use at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD). The boards shall possess characteristics including physical size from small to large, mixed component technologies, flex and rigid-flex circuits, positive etchback, conductive and non-conductive epoxy hole-fill on holes as small as 6 mils, vias plated shut and with copper caps, blind and buried vias, micro vias, sequential micro vias, laser drilled vias, suitable for population with Ball Grid Array (BGA) and Land Grid Array (LGA) integrated circuits, finished pad and trace sizes no smaller than detailed in the design files, surface mount component sizes of 0201 or greater, surface finishes of Tin/Lead, Silver, Gold fingers, ENIG, OSP, Hard and Soft Gold.
The stencils shall possess characteristics including custom large area stencils, laser cut stencils, electro-formed stencils etc.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from August 1st, 2022 to July 31st, 2027.

The products will be delivered to 130 Easy Rd Bldg 31454 Rm 220 China Lake, CA 93555.
