Print Center Bindery Equipment/Machines Annual Maintenance

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for preventive maintenance services to Bindery Equipment within the Digital Print Center at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. This RFQ is a follow up of the previous canceled RFQ 70LGLY25QGLB00028.

The FLETC's mission is to train and support the training of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers and international partners who are responsible for enforcing laws, treaties, and regulations within the United States and abroad. To carry out this mission, the FLETC serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for 97 federal agencies or Participating Organizations.

The FLETC is headquartered in Glynco, Georgia, and operates other training centers in Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland.

The Mission and Readiness Support Directorate (MRSD) supports the FLETC's mission by providing administrative management support and services and oversight and program direction, one of the largest and most functionally diverse Directorates with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers's Organization.

One such operational organization is the FLETC Glynco, Digital Print Center. Here are the training materials for the Enterprise reproduced.

This effort shall establish a preventative maintenance and services contract to maintain and service Bindery Equipment within the Digital Print Center.

Contractor will perform preventive maintenance services on print center offline Bindery Equipment listed in the PWS; the work described must be performed by trained technicians in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The period of performance for this service will be a one (1) base year period (365 days) and two (2) one-year option periods. The preventive maintenance must consist of four (4) visits per service year for each piece of equipment/ machine annually.

A Tradeoff analysis will be used to make an award decision. The evaluation factors are Technical (Capability Statement/Performance Plan), Past Performance, and Price. Submit the RFQ SF 1449 (to include applicable fill-in Provisions), Amendment SF 30 (if any are issued), and your evaluation factors (Technical, Past Performance, and Price) to the Contracting Officer, Gregory Hodgson, via e-mail at Gregory.Hodgson@fletc.dhs.gov.
