Amendment 01 Summary (03 March 2021):

1. Performance Work Statement Section 2.8, "Contractor Personnel, Disciplines, and Specialties" has been updated to require adjunct instructor/professors to be U.S. Citizens (either native-born or naturalized).

2. The amended Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W912HQ21R0003 with the updated Performance Work Statement has been attached to this notice.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The attached solicitation document to this notice and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03, dated 16 February 2021.

Please review the attached combined synopsis/solicitation and other attachments to this notice. If interested in this opportunity, please submit a proposal in accordance with the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions.

Date, Time, and Place Offers are Due: The closing date for the delivery of a response to this combined synopsis/solicitation is on or before 1:00 pm Eastern Time (ET), on 16 March 2021. All clarification requests/questions regarding this solicitation are due by 1:00 pm ET, on 26 February 2021. Offers and clarification requests/questions shall be e-mailed to the Point of Contact (POC) shown below by the closing date and time. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure that the email transmission is received by the Government prior to the closing date and time. Upon receipt of an electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the offeror.
