PRFTA BASOPS

The previous contract W9124J-16-C-0065 for this location was awarded as a Sole Source AbilityOne (SourceAmerica) contract; and this requirement is currently on the AbilityOne Procurement List. In accordance with FAR 8.704(a) and 41 U.S.C Chapter 85, the Government is required to purchase supplies or services on the Procurement List, at prices established by the Committee, from AbilityOne participating nonprofit agencies if they are available within the period required. Therefore, this award was set-aside for AbilityOne (SourceAmerica) as unrestricted.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Base Operations Maintenance and Support Services (BASOPS) which include five (5) functional Areas covered under this PWS: Logistics Support, Public Works, Plans and Training, Mailroom Services and Air Force Support. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The value of the award is for a ten (10) month base period, four (4) one year option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services is $24,667,773.44.
