Background
The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt is issuing a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Planned Maintenance and Inspection services of the Low Voltage Diesel Standby Generator systems at the U.S. Consulate General Casablanca.

This contract aims to ensure the reliable operation of standby generators, which are critical for maintaining power supply during outages. The contract includes one base year and four option years, emphasizing the importance of ongoing maintenance to support the mission of the Consulate.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventive maintenance services for the Low Voltage Diesel Standby Generators at the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca. The tasks include:
- Regular inspections and maintenance as specified in Attachment A (Statement of Work).
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and operational standards.
- Performing necessary repairs and replacements as identified during inspections.
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities performed.
- Responding promptly to any emergency service requests related to generator operations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one base year with four additional one-year optional periods, allowing for a total potential performance period of five years.
