Preventive Maintenance Services for Photovoltaic Systems

Background
The United States Consulate in Hyderabad, India, is seeking professional services to perform preventive maintenance on the facility's photovoltaic systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure optimal performance and eliminate system malfunctions or breakdowns through scheduled maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventive maintenance services for the following equipment: Inverters, Weather Station, RADIX RD121C Controller, and WorkStation. Maintenance tasks include:
- Semi-annual inspections and maintenance of all listed equipment.
- Providing a checklist of activities to be performed during each visit.
- Ensuring all service manuals are complete and current.
- Documenting all tasks performed and providing reports within five business days after each maintenance visit.
- Emergency assistance for photovoltaic failure within 24 hours at an hourly rate.
- Reporting any discrepancies found during maintenance with detailed reports and price quotes for necessary repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract requires semi-annual maintenance visits.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate prior experience with relevant past performance information over the last five years. They must provide a strategic plan for preventive maintenance services that includes a work plan and identification of required materials and equipment. Additionally, bidders must furnish a current certificate of insurance evidencing required coverage amounts: General Liability (Bodily Injury: INR 100,000 per occurrence; INR 1,000,000 cumulative; Property Damage: INR 100,000 per occurrence; INR 1,000,000 cumulative).
