Description

The requirement is Preventive Maintenance Services for Exhaust Air Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Facilities at U.S. Commander Fleet Activates, Yokosuka, Japan. It is base plus four (4) one year-options contract.

Site Visit was scheduled on 10 July 2023, 13:00 hours at the firefighting facility of Yokosuka Naval Base. Please refer "23B0406A" page 61 of 68, paragraph 4, Site Visit Information for details.

Background
The contract is for Preventive Maintenance Services for Exhaust Air Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Facilities at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Japan. It is a base plus four (4) one year-options contract. A site visit was scheduled on 10 July 2023 at the firefighting facility of Yokosuka Naval Base.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) includes preventive maintenance services for exhaust air treatment and waste water treatment facilities at CFAY, Japan. The SOW has been amended to provide answers to bidder's pre-bid inquiries, change listed statement of work, revise certain sections, and update the table of contents.

The SOW covers management and administration, government-furnished items, unit priced labor, property management plan, system and equipment replacement, mobilization and demobilization, personnel requirements, project manager requirements, quality management system, quality inspection and surveillance.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period plus four one-year options.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka in Japan.
