Background
The U.S. Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand, is seeking quotes for preventive maintenance services for Anti-Ram and Anti-Climb Barriers. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all systems are maintained in good operational condition when activated, thereby enhancing the security capabilities of the embassy.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventive maintenance services for the following equipment:
1. Bavak Speed Gates (Quantity: 2)
- Type: B-Secure Bavak Speed Gate
- Specifications: 240V, 50Hz
2. Cantilever Gates (Quantity: 2)
- Type: Custom Maid Cantilever Gate
- Specifications: 240V, 50Hz
3. Delta Barriers (Quantity: 2)
- Type: Delta DSC501 Shallow Barrier
- Specifications: 400-240V, 50Hz

The contractor shall perform scheduled preventive maintenance as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) to eliminate system malfunction and deterioration. This includes:
- Regular inspections and adjustments of all systems.
- Replacement of expendable parts such as filters, cables, and gaskets.
- Maintenance materials must meet industry standards and be OEM approved.
- Detailed reporting on any discrepancies found during maintenance visits.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence no later than September 1, 2026, for a base period of one year with up to four optional one-year extensions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of DBA insurance. The contractor must have trained technicians capable of performing the required maintenance and must adhere to local laws regarding registration and compliance.
