Preventive Maintenance Service for Chillers for The U.S. Embassy Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea   2

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for chillers. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation and reliability of the chiller systems at the embassy, which are critical for maintaining a comfortable environment.

The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price single indefinite-quantity indefinite-delivery (IDIQ) contract with a maximum value of $950,000 over its lifetime.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance services for two chillers located at the U.S. Embassy in Port Moresby. This includes:
1. First (Semi-Annual) Standard Preventive Maintenance Services for Chiller 1 and Chiller 2 as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Second (Annual) Standard Preventive Maintenance Services for both chillers as specified in the SOW.
3. Provision of a Maintenance Chemical Kit and Oil Spill Containment Kit.
4. Optional repair services charged at an hourly rate, up to 200 hours per year, for extraordinary requirements discovered during preventive maintenance.
5. All necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel must be provided by the contractor to accomplish the work outlined in this contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is one calendar year from the issuance of Notice to Proceed, with four one-year options available.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at The United States Embassy located on Harbour City Road, Port Moresby, NCD 121, Papua New Guinea.
