Background
The United States Embassy in London requires preventive maintenance services for its chillers to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. The goal of this contract is to maintain the chillers in good operational condition, thereby supporting the Embassy's mission and operational needs.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement. Specific tasks include:
- Services of trained and qualified technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Inventorying, supplying, and replacing expendable parts such as filters, belts, hoses, gaskets that have become worn due to wear and tear.
- Maintaining a supply of expendable and common parts on site for normal maintenance including hoses, belts, oil, chemicals, coolant, filters (Air, Fuel, Oil), grease, sealant, thermostat, fuses.
- Performing preventive maintenance as outlined in the Statement of Work to eliminate system malfunction and breakdown.
- Documenting completed tasks in a checklist format for approval by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Ensuring that all refrigerants and parts meet industry standards and are new and unused.
