Please see the attached solicitation for Preventive Maintenance Services for eight (8) Peak Nitrogen Generators.

QUOTES DUE: All quotes are due, electronically via email to Nina.Montgomery@fda.hhs.gov for the RFQ no later than March 24, 2023, 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late submissions may not be evaluated.

Background
The FDA Denver Laboratory (DENL) is seeking preventive maintenance services for eight Peak Nitrogen Generators to ensure continuous operation and minimize instrument downtime, which affects their ability to analyze approximately 500-600 samples annually.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a Preventative Maintenance Agreement covering routine maintenance and repair of eight Peak Nitrogen Generators. Services include engineer labor and travel, at least one annual scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit per year, repairs during the coverage period, factory-certified replacement parts, and technical support.

The agreement requires unlimited on-site visits with a maximum 5-day response time for unresolved issues. All maintenance and repair activities must use OEM parts and be performed by OEM-trained technicians. The contractor must have access to current OEM factory training and parts, ensuring no use of salvaged parts. Parts used must be guaranteed, factory tested, and of OEM quality. PM visits include replacing wear parts as per OEM checklist with OEM factory parts. Costs for parts, labor, travel/per-diem for PM and repairs are included in the service agreement price. A field service report detailing work performed must be provided after each service call.
