The contract is for Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Heating and Ventilation System in Yongsan Cluster. The contract is a non-personal services contract to provide preventive maintenance of heating and ventilation maintenance and repair services in Yongsan cluster. The Yongsan cluster consists of Yongsan, Camp Morse, CP Tango, and K-16 AB, which consist of approximately 794 acres and 1093 buildings with a population base of approximately 3,365 Military, Government civilian. The average annual rainfall is 60 inches; with the wettest months being July-August. The average annual snowfall is 5 inches, with snowfall expected during the period of December - February. The average frost-free period (growing season) during the year is about 270 days. The first killing frost may be expected about December, and the last killing frost generally occurs in February. The average annual maximum and minimum temperatures are approximately 63 and 43 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively.

The period of performance for the contract varies for different tasks: POP for items 0001-0006 is from 01-JUN-2024 to 30-APR-2025; for item 0007 it is from 01-MAY-2024 to 31-MAY-2024; for items 1001-1006 it is from 01-MAY-2025 to 30-APR-2026; and for items 2001-2006 it is from 01-MAY-2026 to 30-APR-2027.
