The requirement is for Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract Preventive Maintenance Program and Service Orders for Septic Tank Systems at Yokohama City Area in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), JAPAN by Combination Contract of Recurring Work & Non-Recurring Work Items . The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of septic tank systems to support the mission of the U.S. Navy in Japan.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items required to perform both recurring and non-recurring services as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement.

The contract includes multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for various tasks:
1. Recurring services during the Base Period.
2. Non-recurring services during the Base Period.
3. Recurring services during each of the four Option Periods.
4. Non-recurring services during each of the four Option Periods.

All proposals must be priced in Japanese Yen, with payment made in Yen upon contract award.
