Description

The Department of the Navy is soliciting quotes for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND SERVICE ORDERS FOR SHOP EQUIPMENT AND PERMANENT FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS AT THE U.S. COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA (CFAY), JAPAN .

The requirement is for Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND SERVICE ORDERS FOR SHOP EQUIPMENT AND PERMANENT FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS AT THE U.S. COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA (CFAY), JAPAN . Under this contract, contractor shall perform maintenance work. This requirement will encompass services for, but not limited to, the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and seven (7) one-year Option Periods comprised of non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

Background
The Department of the Navy is soliciting quotes for a preventive maintenance program and service orders for shop equipment and permanent fall protection systems at the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. The contract will have one (1) Base Period and seven (7) one-year Option Periods comprised of non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The contractor is required to offer pre-priced line item services to authorized Government personnel when they are ordering the work directly via the GCPC program.

The contractor shall perform maintenance work for preventive maintenance program and service orders for shop equipment and permanent fall protection systems at the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The work includes recurring and non-recurring services, with specific details provided for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN). The contractor is also required to track quantities and report total ordered quantity by GCPC orders, FedMall, and approved DD 1155’s or SF1449's by line item number each month and year-to-date.
