Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repairs for Miscellaneous Food Processing (MFP) at Beal, McClellan, Los Angeles, Port Hueneme and Vandenberg Commissaries

Background
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repairs for Miscellaneous Food Processing (MFP) equipment at commissaries located in Beal, McClellan, Los Angeles, Port Hueneme, and Vandenberg.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of food processing equipment used in these commissaries.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on MFP equipment including mixer grinders, meat conveyors, meat saws, ovens, proofers, meat choppers, bulkers, meat tenderizers, meat slicers, and rotisseries.
2. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for scheduling PMs and complete initial PM within 30 days of contract award.
3. Ensure all PMs comply with federal, state and local laws, regulations, OSHA and DeCA standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dispose of hazardous materials according to regulations.
5. Provide service tickets with PM checklists signed by both the contractor and COR upon completion of services.

For unscheduled repairs:
1. Respond to service calls within 16 working hours and provide a signed repair quote to the COR.
2. Complete approved repairs within 7 working days while adhering to compliance standards.
3. Provide a warranty for parts and labor for repairs conducted within specified timeframes.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at commissaries located in Beal, McClellan, Los Angeles, Port Hueneme, and Vandenberg.
