Preventive Maintenance on Draeger Anesthesia Ventilators

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The commercial services under solicitation N6809623Q1014 will be acquired via small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform semi-annual preventive maintenance, calibration, electrical safety checks, and repair of 35 Draeger Anesthesia Ventilators at the US Naval Hospital, Guam.
The services include two scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration, and electrical safety checks per year for each of the specified anesthesia ventilators.
The contractor must also provide a current copy of the training certificate(s) for the Engineer(s) who will service these ventilators.

Period of Performance
The contract period consists of a base period from 12 June 2023 through 11 June 2024, with options for three additional periods: Option One from 12 June 2024 through 11 June 2025, Option Two from 12 June 2025 through 11 June 2026, and Option Three from 12 June 2026 through 11 June 2027.

Place of Performance
The contractor will perform all work at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam.
