Background
The solicitation is for Preventive Maintenance, On-Call Service, and Repair of Unaccompanied Personnel Housing and Senior Leader Quarters at USAG Humphreys. The performance work statement (PWS) is provided as an attachment.

Work Details
The contract includes various tasks such as Call Center Operation, Preventive Maintenance of UPH & SLQ including minor repairs, Preventive Maintenance for HVAC System, Electrical Equipment, Mechanical System, Architectural, Electrical Door key, Pest Removal Service, Dryer Duct Cleaning for UPH and SLQ, Inspection for vacant rooms of UPH and SLQ, Cleaning SLQ, Unscheduled maintenance with repair part and material for unscheduled maintenance. It also includes hourly labor rates for different duties such as Engineer (Normal Duty), Technician (Normal Duty), Common Labor (Normal Duty), Engineer (After Duty Hour), Technician (After Duty Hour), Common Labor (After Duty Hour), Engineer (Holiday), Technician (Holiday), and Common Labor (Holiday). The contractor is also required to report Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) by 31 Oct of each calendar year during the life of the contract.

Period of Performance
The base year performance period is from 01 Nov 2022 to 30 Jun 2023. Additionally, there are four option years: 01 Jul 2023 – 30 Jun 2024, 01 Jul 2024 – 30 Jun 2025, 01 Jul 2025 – 30 Jun 2026, and 01 Jul 2026 – 30 Jun 2027.
