Preventive Maintenance for Audiology Equipment

This Sources Sought is issued solely for the purpose identifying potential sources for a future requirement and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought notice.

Synopsis

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought synopsis only. The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Size Standard: $34M). Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions and are not considered adequate responses to a potential future solicitation announcement. After reviewing all responses to this synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published via the Contracting Opportunities website. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the anticipated solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the actual solicitation announcement, in addition to responding to this Sources Sought announcement.

Background

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Montana is seeking a vendor to provide labor, repairs and preventive maintenance per the Statement of Work (SOW) for the following locations: Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Glasgow, Glendive, Great Falls, Hamilton, Havre, Helena, Kalispel, Lewistown, Miles City, Missoula, and Plentywood Montana. The anticipated period of performance will be August 1 2024, for a total of five years.

Responses

The government intends to award a single contract to purchase the services listed above. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis should include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, capability statement, and business size pursuant to the NAICS Code and Size Stand listed above.

Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Salvatore.Voter@va.gov . Subject line shall reflect the sources sought synopsis number: 36C259-24-AP-1180. Responses must be received no later than June 20 4:30 P.M. MST.

Responses must be received via e-mail. Telephone, fax, or mail responses will not be accepted. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses are not a request to be added to a prospective offeror's list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
