Background
The solicitation is for a Preventive Maintenance and unlimited repair agreement for an ACEA Biosciences/ xCELLigence Real-time cell analysis (RTCA) Dual purpose (DP) Unit. The offerors are required to follow 52.212-1 'Instructions to Offerors' and submit accordingly in order to be responsive to the solicitation.

Work Details
The work includes providing preventive maintenance and unlimited repair agreement for the specified equipment. The offeror must provide detailed prices and include the firm’s Unique Entity ID (UEI) number with the quote. The option year service agreement periods will not be funded at the time of award, and if exercised, funding will be obligated individually each year for the option period exercised via contract modification. The offeror is required to certify that the combination of equipment maintenance/service proposed to fulfill this requirement is exempt from Wage Determination WD 2015-5121 (Rev. 22). The offeror must also provide information regarding Buy American Act and Executive Order 14005 requirements, as well as ensure that electronic documents for Microsoft Office suite products are submitted without the use of macros.

Period of Performance
The period for acceptance of offers is firm through September 30, 2024.
