Background
The contract is issued by the Army and focuses on providing preventive maintenance and repair services for various fire suppression systems, automatic chemical wash systems, and kitchen exhaust systems at multiple facilities in Hawaii.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Monthly preventive maintenance (PM) for automatic chemical wash systems at various facilities.
2. Semi-annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems per NFPA 72 standards.
3. Cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters at specified locations.

- Semi-Annual Inspection, Test & Maintenance of installed Fixed Fire Suppression Systems for Hoods and Ducts as per PWS paragraph 8.4.
- Routine service calls for minor repairs on installed Fixed Fire Suppression Systems for Hoods/Ducts and FM 200 Systems as per PWS paragraph 8.7.
- Emergency service calls for urgent repairs on these systems as per PWS paragraph 8.8.
- Repair services on installed Fixed Fire Suppression Systems as per PWS paragraph 8.9.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at various Army installations located on the Island of Oahu, Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), and Kilauea Military Camp (KMC) on the Island of Hawaii.
