Preventive Maintenance Agreement for a Bruker MALDI Biotyper Sirius GP System   2

Background
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)/Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) currently owns a Bruker MALDI Biotyper Sirius GP System and is in need of a Preventive Maintenance agreement with 2 (1-year Maintenance option periods). The equipment is currently not under coverage.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide one (1) schedule preventive maintenance (PM) visit per year that includes a standard PM kit. The Contractor shall provide access to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical developments, repair procedure bulletins, hardware and software application updates and revisions. The Maintenance and Repair activities shall be performed following the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, manuals, and service bulletins, using OEM-certified replacement parts, components, subassemblies, etc. The Contractor shall be accredited to ISO17025 standards. The Contractor shall guarantee 90 days post-service after service has been performed. If a unit fails within 90 days, the Contractor shall return to the site, at no additional cost to FDA, to troubleshoot the failed instrument. The Contractor shall include unlimited technical support (via telephone or email) Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) 8:00AM – 5:00PM Central Time. All maintenance/repair pricing shall be inclusive of labor, travel, replacement parts, components, subassemblies, etc for system.

Base: 02/12/2024 thru 02/11/2025; Option Year 1: 02/12/2025 thru 02/11/2026; Option Year 2: 02/12/2026 thru 02/11/2027
