Background
The contract is for Preventive and Demand Maintenance and repair services for Department of Defense Education Activity Schools located at Fort Stewart, Georgia; Fort Jackson, South Carolina; and Laural Bay, South Carolina. The work may be solicited by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The contractor will be required to submit proposals and may be required to submit detailed cost breakdowns.

Work Details
The scope of the contract includes all requisite Preventive maintenance and Demand Maintenance and repair services up to the limit of liability for the 'Maintenance Sections' indicated in Attachment 14: SC-GA Facility List J-1 of the contract with a 'yes.' The Contractor's limit of liability (LoL) for material and labor costs associated with any single demand maintenance event including repair or replacement of any single piece of equipment is $5,000. In addition, up to four demand maintenance occurrences between $5,000 and $20,000 per contract year are allowed.
All work to be performed under the LoL shall be performed under the Preventive Maintenance CLINs at no additional cost to the Government.
The ability to order on demand maintenance or repair services as Task Orders is also included in the scope of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a base period of 6 months for Preventative and Demand Maintenance up to the Limit of Liability, an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) ordering period for duration of the contract to accommodate maintenance or repair services for requirements above the limit of liability, and option years for 12 months each.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Fort Stewart, Georgia; Fort Jackson, South Carolina; and Laural Bay, South Carolina.
