The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, has a requirement for preventive maintenance/calibration and software support of a Surphaser 100SX SR 3D Scanner in accordance with the attached request for quote (RFQ).
The proposed contract action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, accessed through https://sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current in SAM. Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment.
The complete Request for Quotation is attached. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

(EST) 22 March 2023, which will be answered by the posting of an amendment. Any questions received after the states deadline will not be addressed.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance service and SurphExpress Capture software support for one (1) Surphaser 100HSX SR 3D Scanner (Model #100HSX SR, Asset #: 65923086223, S/N: BS-SCHSX01006037) located at Shop 23300, Building 137. Required workmanship must be performed by technicians trained in the operation, calibration, and maintenance of the equipment.
Services include: annual preventive maintenance and calibration service; accreditation to ANSI/NCSL Z-540-1-1994 Standards and annual written certification of calibration traceable to NIST; all repairs, parts, and labor for preventive maintenance and calibration; patches, minor updates, and major upgrades to current software versions with associated documentation provided electronically; access to a website for software documentation, knowledgebase articles, community forums, and submitting technical assistance requests; complimentary software diagnosis, updates, upgrades, and unlimited phone support; replacement of all necessary parts with new standard parts (replaced parts become contractor property).
Deliverables: two copies of the calibration certification and a repair report submitted to the Maintenance Services Specialist (Building 84, fax: 252-464-7466) with calibration sticker placement and documented out-of-tolerance values; prior approval required from the Maintenance Planning Branch for any additional services, repairs, or parts not covered by the purchase order; upon completion, return the unit packed in furnished shipping containers via the fastest traceable means to Fleet Readiness Center East, DLA Receiving, Building 148, Bay A, Beachy Road, Cherry Point, NC 28533-5040, Attention: Jonathan Jarman, 252-464-6382.

Period of Performance
12 months from contract award, with one annual maintenance and calibration service to be provided in May/June and services invoiced on a quarterly basis based on actual services rendered.
