This is a non-personal services contract to provide World War II (WWII) era wood and relocatable facilities preventative maintenance and minor repair. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform WWII era wood and re-locatable facilities preventative maintenance and minor repair as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). **28 August 2025 - Amendment 0001 to confirm the proposal due date and update the Set Aside Code. **5 September 2025 - Amendment 0002 to provide additional JBLM Gate access information (REAL ID Act). **19 September 2025 - Amendment 0003 to revise 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and extend the proposal due date. **23 September 2025 - Amendment 0004 to revise FAR Clause 52.212-2 and provide an updated Technical Exhibit 4. **2 October 2025 - Amendment 0005 to revise the proposal due date.

Background
This contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide preventative maintenance and minor repair services for World War II (WWII) era wood and relocatable facilities located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington.
The goal is to ensure these facilities remain usable and suitable for occupation until they are scheduled for demolition, which is pending funding.
The facilities are also utilized by Special Olympics Washington for events, necessitating their upkeep.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to perform the following tasks:
- Establish a customer service center to receive and categorize service requests as emergency, urgent, or routine.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on approximately 110 facilities as listed in Technical Exhibit 4.
- Conduct recurring work and preventative maintenance on the facilities.
- Prepare WWII era wood facilities for Special Olympics events as needed and attend planning meetings with SOWA staff.
- Coordinate with other contractors or government personnel to avoid disruptions in work.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year from the date of award with four additional option years.
