Background
The Presque Isle Beach Nourishment project consists of, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replenish sand at Presque Isle State Park Erie, Pennsylvania on Lake Erie. The Government intends to award one (1) Single Award Task Order (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Presque Isle Beach Nourishment. This solicitation is a set-aside for 8(a) contractors. The contract will have a capacity for $10,000,000 over the three-year ordering period.

Work Details
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replenish sand at Presque Isle State Park Erie, Pennsylvania on Lake Erie. The project involves presenting an overview of known or potential environmental issues to be considered and addressed during construction.
It also includes measures for protecting natural and cultural resources, required reports, and other measures to be taken.
The duties and level of authority assigned to the person(s) on the job site who oversee environmental compliance are outlined.
Additionally, it covers procedures for preventing releases to the environment, regulatory notifications, Clean Air Act compliance including haul route and pollution generating equipment, stationary internal combustion engines, licenses and permits required for construction.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a capacity for $10,000,000 over the three-year ordering period.
